The quality and taste seem to be okay and easy to swallow. No noticeable smell and the value for the money is good. Quality ingredients. I genuinely seem to feel better and no its not just a placebo. Like anything with supplements, you will notice more of a significant difference with time.

sulforaphane is amazing, this product reduced my inflammation and cardiovascular discomfort the day i started using it :) would love to just grow and eat frozen broccoli sprouts but i don't have the time or patience for that right now.... live a healthy lifestyle and drink lots of water!

So I started taking these because I saw a pic of this totes ripped cow, they make my poops smell like sulphur. I switched to broccomax which did not produce the sulphur poops.i think this is an indicator of broccomax sucking at what it's supposed to be doing. I have switched back to avmacol.

Incredible. Heard about this from Dr Ronda Patrick. I’m 33 and started taking this a week ago (morning dosage), and immediately I noticed more alertness and mental clarity. Now I don’t even get tired in the afternoons. My anxiety also has gotten much better (I also take ashwagandha and resevetrol).
